Senior B2B Demand Generation Manager

Lead B2B demand generation from Canada remotely, combining AI-powered automation with storytelling to create qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue growth.
As Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will develop comprehensive strategies for enterprise technology audiences. You will collaborate with Sales and Product Management on priorities, audiences, messaging, and measurable outcomes. The work spans buyer engagement, lead nurturing, conversion optimization, and revenue-focused campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop demand generation plans aligned with business objectives
- Create distinctive concepts, messaging, and buyer-focused content
- Optimize mid-funnel and bottom-funnel conversion programs
- Manage lead nurturing, scoring, and opportunity conversion
- Measure pipeline contribution, ROI, and funnel performance
Requirements:
- At least five years of B2B demand generation experience
- Portfolio showing distinctive campaigns, messaging, and effective content
- Practical AI-first approach to marketing and automation
- Strong HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, and LinkedIn knowledge
- Experience translating performance data into actionable decisions
