What we offer
Conditions
- Permanent full-time position (37.5 hours/week)
- Daytime hours, with 1 to 2 evenings/week and 1 to 2 weekends on a rotating basis
- On-site position
Compensation
- Salary: $19.70 to $31.70/hour (depending on experience) Commissions and bonuses Distinguishing benefits $500/year in medical services (quick access to doctors) $1,100 health account, increasing to $2,000 after 5 years FTQ fund with employer contribution Annual training budget 3 weeks of vacation and 4 paid personal days Free parking and public transit access Modern, bright, and technologically advanced work environment Team activities and a strong company culture Free coffee and dedicated spaces employees

Your Impact
As a medical secretary , you are at the heart of the patient experience.
You are often the first point of contact and the one who is remembered.
Your role is key: you ensure a professional welcome, efficient coordination, and a seamless experience that meets our high standards. of excellence.
Your Responsibilities
- Welcome patients with professionalism and kindness
- Manage calls and appointments
- Advise patients on our services and contribute to their care
- Handle billing and administrative follow-ups
- Manage documentation (results, files)
- Coordinate specialist appointments
- Support the clinic's daily operations
