Le monde de l'éducation vous passionne. Vous souhaitez faire votre part dans la réussite des élèves. La Division scolaire franco-manitobaine (DSFM) recrute un membre du personnel enseignant spécialisé en éducation inclusive.
La personne travaillera avec le personnel enseignant pour répondre aux besoins d’apprentissage variés dans l’école en recueillant et partageant de l’information, en modelant des stratégies et en appuyant la planification et la mise en œuvre des programmes d’éducation appropriés.
La personne idéale détient un brevet permanent d’enseignement professionnel du Manitoba et un diplôme post baccalauréat ou une maitrise en éducation avec spécialisation en éducation inclusive.
La personne sera responsable de la planification efficace des services d’orientation et de counseling qui comprend des programmes et des activités fondés sur les besoins des élèves en termes de connaissances, de compétences et d’attitudes dans les domaines du développement personnel et social, scolaire et de carrière.
La personne sera responsable d’enseigner le programme d’études provincial et de répondre aux besoins d’apprentissage des élèves en valorisant la diversité et l’adaptation des méthodes pédagogiques tout en assurant un environnement sécuritaire, respectueux et propice aux apprentissages.
La DSFM occupe une place de premier plan au sein de l'enseignement en français et de la gestion de ses nombreuses écoles au Manitoba. Les perspectives d’emploi dans le domaine de l’éducation sont excellentes à la DSFM! Rejoignez-nous!
Qualification
- Détient un brevet permanent d’enseignement professionnel du Manitoba
- Est titulaire d’un diplôme post baccalauréat ou une maitrise en éducation avec spécialisation en éducation inclusive

Expérience requise
- A une connaissance de la philosophie d es cycles de la jeune enfance, intermédiaire et secondaire
Compétences linguistiques et techniques
- Maîtrise les deux langues officielles du Canada, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
- Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office

- Fait preuve de forte habiletés communicationnelles et interpersonnelles

Conditions d'embauche
- Détient l’autorisation légale de travailler au Canada
- Possède une vérification du casier judiciaire pour les personnes appelées à travailler auprès des personnes vulnérables et une vérification du registre concernant les mauvais traitements auprès des enfants datées moins de douze (12) mois
