Zur Verstärkung suchen wir dich: eine Persönlichkeit mit Sales‑Drive, Organisationstalent und echter Leidenschaft für den LAAX‑Lifestyle.Als passionierte:r Event Manager verkaufst du neben angesagten Produkten auch den LAAX Lifestyle und bist bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres MICE Geschäfts kreativ dabei.Was du bewegstErlebnisse gestalten: Du konzipierst, planst und begleitest MICE‑Events, die Markenbotschaften erlebbar machen und Kunden langfristig binden.Prozesse steuern: Von der Offerte bis zum Debrief – du behältst Budget, Timings und Dienstleister im Griff.Sales vorantreiben: Du überzeugst Bestands‑ und Neukunden (Calls, Call‑backs, Cold‑Calls) von unseren alpinen Erlebniswelten.Admin im Flow: Buchungen, Verträge, Rechnungen – du erledigst die Event‑Administration routiniert mit unserem PMS (Protel).Team‑Spirit leben: Gemeinsam mit Kolleg*innen entwickelst du neue Produkte, Pakete und Workflows für den MICE‑Bereich.Was dich ausmachtMehrjährige Erfahrung im Event‑ oder Bankettverkauf (Hotel/Location)Organisationstalent und ein Auge fürs Detail – auch wenn 1 000 Dinge zugleich laufenZahlen‑ und Admin‑Affinität: Budgets, Reports, Verträge schrecken dich nichtStarke Kommunikations‑ und Verhandlungsskills in Deutsch; Englisch oder weitere Sprachen sind ein PlusSelbstbewusstes, sympathisches Auftreten – intern wie externSystemkenntnisse von Hotel PMS‑Kenntnisse (Protel)CRM sowie Erfahrung mit Creatio von VorteilEin attraktiver Arbeitsplatz inmitten einer atemberaubenden Bergwelt ist dir gewiss.
