Senior Employment Legal Counsel – Vancouver, BC Pursue excellence at Electronic Arts as a Senior Employment Legal Counsel in Vancouver, BC.
Your role will be crucial in advising on employment law for our Canadian operations. Reporting to the Senior Managing Counsel, Global Employment Lead, you will partner with the People Experience team to ensure effective risk management and compliance. Bring your extensive experience in employment and labour law to provide strategic insights on employee relations and workplace restructurings. Engage with us as we promote creativity and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities Advise on Canadian employment and labour law
Provide strategic counsel on workplace issues
Manage litigation risks and pre‑litigation demands
Draft and review employment agreements
Support mergers and organisational changes
Requirements Law degree (LL.B. or J.D.) and legal society membership
Over 7 years of relevant legal experience
Knowledge of Canadian human rights and labour relations
Experience in complex employment disputes
Ability to work in office in Vancouver regularly
