Rejoignez Intuit en tant qu'Expert en fiscalité dans un rôle virtuel enrichissant. Aidez nos clients à naviguer dans leur déclaration d'impôt avec TurboImpôt tout en offrant des conseils pratiques. Ce poste d'expert en fiscalité exige un minimum de deux ans d'expérience en préparation de déclarations de revenus. Vous aurez l'opportunité de fournir des conseils fiscaux, de vérifier les déclarations et d'utiliser des ressources professionnelles pour aider les clients. Votre rôle sera fondamental pour contribuer à notre objectif de prospérité mondiale. Key Responsibilities:

Aider les clients à remplir leur déclaration avec TurboImpôt
Fournir des conseils fiscaux pertinents et précis
Vérifier les déclarations des clients et répondre aux demandes
Interagir avec les clients via des outils de communication vidéo
Documenter efficacement toutes les interactions

Requirements:

Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en préparation fiscale
ID de représentant de l'ARC requis
Expérience avec des déclarations complexes
Compétences exceptionnelles en service à la clientèle
Disponibilité pour un horaire flexible de 20 heures/semaine
