Urban Transportation Solutions Technical Director

In this influential role, you’ll lead the technical discipline to enhance design outputs and oversee project requirements. - Lead multi-disciplinary design coordination across specialties
- Manage requirements management process effectively
- Coordinate with third parties for seamless project execution
- Ensure compliance and technical quality of deliverables
- Coach and mentor technical team members for excellence
- 15+ years in technical leadership roles
- Experience with projects over $500M in collaborative settings
- Strong design management and systems integration capabilities
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure delivery environments
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder management
