Caffe'in is currently seeking one Full-Time and multiple Part-Time Barista to join our growing team.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced campus environment.
Qualifications
- College Diploma or higher
- Previous customer service experience (experience in coffee shops, food service, or retail is preferred)
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Able to work efficiently and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Able to maintain professionalism and provide exceptional customer service during peak periods and long customer lineups
- Comfortable performing daily inventory checks, stock counting, and restocking duties
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
