Le ou la Partenaire, Talent joue un rôle clé dans la dotation et le développement de l'expertise au sein de l’organisation. Cette personne agit comme partenaire auprès des gestionnaires afin de répondre aux besoins d'affaires et d’assurer un climat de travail stimulant.
La personne joue également un rôle central dans la gestion de la performance, axée sur la reconnaissance et le développement des talents. Elle est responsable de la gestion des programmes d’expérience employé·e et d’engagement, incluant la santé et le mieux-être, la reconnaissance et la philanthropie. Elle contribue ainsi activement à la mobilisation de tout le personnel et à l’évolution des pratiques Talent et Culture, en favorisant un environnement de travail inclusif, aligné sur nos valeurs de solidarité, de détermination et d'accessibilité.
Principales responsabilités :
Gestion des programmes de performance et de développement
- Soutenir la mise en œuvre du programme de gestion de la performance.
- Appuyer le déploiement des initiatives de développement de l’expertise et d’apprentissage.
- Contribuer à la préparation et à l’analyse des données liées à la performance et au développement.
- Participer à l’élaboration et la mise-en-œuvre de la planification de la main-d’œuvre.
- Soutenir les activités de fin d’emploi et les entrevues de départ.
- Favoriser l’adoption des programmes et une culture de feedback.
Attraction, sélection et intégration des talents
- Gérer le recrutement de bout en bout pour tous les postes à promouvoir.
- Conseiller les gestionnaires sur les pratiques de recrutement et de sélection.
- Développer des bassins de talents et des stratégies de recrutement ciblées.
- Coordonner l’intégration des nouveaux employé.es.
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus et des outils d’acquisition de talents.
Programmes d’expérience employé.e et d’engagement
- Assurer le déploiement et de l’évolution des programmes : santé et mieux-être, reconnaissance, volontariat et philanthropie.
- Assurer la mise-en-œuvre des initiatives de reconnaissance.
- Participe à l’organisation des événements pour les employé.es.
- Agir comme point de contact pour ces programmes auprès des employé.es et des gestionnaires. ·
- Assurer les communications internes et le suivi des initiatives afin d’en maximiser l’impact
PROFIL DE COMPÉTENCES ET EXIGENCES MINIMALES
Éducation/Expérience/Certification
- Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, relations industrielles, administration ou domaine connexe.
- Minimum de 5 à 7 ans d’expérience en gestion des ressources humaines et/ou en acquisition de talents.
- Membre de l’Ordre des CRHA / CRIA
Autres qualifications
- Expérience dans la coordination ou la gestion de programmes d’expérience employé.e (ex. santé et mieux-être, reconnaissance, engagement, initiatives internes).
- Expérience démontrée en acquisition de talents couvrant l’ensemble du cycle (recrutement, intégration et fin d’emploi).
- Capacité à soutenir le déploiement de programmes structurants (performance, développement, initiatives organisationnelles), en collaboration avec des parties prenantes multiples.
- Aisance dans un environnement technologique en croissance et en évolution constante.
- Bonne maîtrise des outils de recrutement et des plateformes numériques (ATS, LinkedIn, Microsoft 365) et aisance avec l’adoption de nouveaux outils, incluant ceux liés à l’IA.
- La maîtrise du français est requise pour ce poste. La maîtrise de l’anglais est également nécessaire afin de communiquer efficacement avec des clients et des collègues partout au pays.

Job Summary:
The Partner, Talent plays a key role in staffing and developing expertise within the organization. This person acts as a partner with managers to meet business needs and ensure a stimulating work environment.
The individual also plays a central role in performance management, focused on the recognition and development of talent. He.She is responsible for managing employee experience and engagement programs, including health and wellness, recognition and philanthropy. It thus actively contributes to the mobilization of all staff and to the evolution of Talent and Culture practices, by promoting an inclusive work environment, aligned with our values of solidarity, determination and accessibility.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage performance and development programs
- Support the implementation of the performance management program.
- Support the roll-out of expertise development and learning initiatives.
- Contribute to the preparation and analysis of data related to performance and development.
- Participate in the development and implementation of workforce planning.
- Support exit activities and exit interviews.
- Foster program adoption and a feedback culture.
Attraction, selection and integration of talent
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all positions to be promoted.
- Advise managers on recruitment and selection practices.
- Develop talent pools and targeted recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate the integration of new employees.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes and tools.
Employee experience and engagement programs
- Ensure the deployment and evolution of programs: health and wellness, recognition, volunteerism and philanthropy.
- Ensure the implementation of recognition initiatives.
- Participate in the organization of events for employees.
- Act as a point of contact for these programs with employees and managers.
- Ensure internal communications and follow-up of initiatives to maximize impact
Education/Experience/Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in human resource management and/or talent acquisition.
- Member of the Ordre des CRHA / CRIA.
Other Qualifications:
- Experience in coordinating or managing employee experience programs (e.g., health and wellness, recognition, engagement, internal initiatives).
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition covering the entire cycle (recruitment, onboarding, and termination).
- Ability to support the deployment of structuring programs (performance, development, organizational initiatives), in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable in a growing and constantly changing technological environment.
- Good command of recruitment tools and digital platforms (ATS, LinkedIn, Microsoft 365) and ease with the adoption of new tools, including those related to AI.
- Fluency in French is required for this position. Proficiency in English is also necessary in order to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues across the country.
