Drive Airbnb content launches remotely in Canada using strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration. Coordinate partners, timelines, approvals, and delivery across Community Support.As a Senior Planning Partner, Content, you will manage end-to-end planning for launches affecting Community Support content. You will serve as the primary contact for Content Managers, writers, and strategists in assigned product spaces. The work connects content, product, engineering, marketing, legal, localization, and readiness partners.Key Responsibilities:
Own launch planning, schedules, milestones, and cross-functional coordinationIdentify impacted content, owners, approvers, and localization requirementsLead launch meetings, status communications, and Mission Control coordinationAnticipate risks, resolve blockers, and track escalationsImprove content planning processes and partner feedback mechanismsRequirements:
Eight or more years in strategic planning, program management, or business operationsExperience leading cross-functional planning or portfolio management processesExceptional communication, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skillsProficiency with Asana, Jira, Airtable, and virtual collaboration toolsExperience coordinating content, knowledge management, or product launchesApply strategic planning, relationship management, and disciplined execution to deliver high-quality Airbnb Community Support content launches.
