Drive success from home as a Remote Inside Sales Appointment Setter at ProConnect. Target homeowners, book appointments, and leverage your sales skills for optimal earnings. In this remote role, you will be essential in connecting homeowners with Design Consultants for Renewal by Andersen. Your day will involve making over 200 calls and booking 8-10 qualified appointments daily. We seek individuals with a competitive spirit and a focus on success, capable of handling objections and building quick rapport. Key Responsibilities:
- Make 200+ outbound and inbound calls daily
- Book 8–10 qualified appointments for Design Consultants
- Follow a proven script while maintaining natural conversations
- Build rapport with homeowners effectively
- Handle objections professionally during calls
- 2+ years in phone-based or appointment-setting roles
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Proven track record of exceeding goals
- Independent and motivated in remote work
- Positive mindset with team orientation
