Admin Assistant/manager

Enhance customer service and team performance as an Assistant Manager at Jean Coutu. This role focuses on supervising staff, managing store operations, and fostering a collaborative work environment. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for continuous improvement in customer service while managing employee schedules and performance evaluations. Collaborating closely with the management team, you will oversee hiring, train staff, and ensure the store maintains its high standards. Flexibility in hours allows you to achieve a healthy work/life balance. Key Responsibilities:
- Improve customer service continuously
- Plan and supervise employee work distribution
- Conduct hiring and performance evaluations
- Manage opening, closing, and store cleanliness
- Train employees to uphold company standards
- Proven track record in the retail industry
- Experience in retail management is an asset
- French language proficiency required
- Friendly and dynamic personality
- Ability to work between 10 to 30 hours weekly
