As the Director of Financial Services, you will support the Assistant Superintendent in managing the Financial and Central Services Department. Your duties include ensuring compliance with public sector standards, overseeing financial reporting, and developing strategic budget plans. You will contribute to improved educational outcomes for 7,500 students across 22 schools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial operations for accuracy and integrity
• Establish team goals and performance measures
• Manage government reporting requirements efficiently
• Collaborate with teams to integrate financial planning
• Provide timely financial data and analysis to stakeholders
Requirements:
• Preferred CPA designation or related education
• 10+ years of relevant financial experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Attention to detail in financial documentation
• Strong proficiency in accounting software
