Brand Strategy Governance Manager

Shape Sun Life’s brand architecture and governance through strategic marketing, stakeholder consulting, and global brand management in a hybrid environment.As Manager, Brand Strategy & Governance, you will report to the Director, Global Brand Strategy within Global Marketing. You will help steer overall brand strategy by supporting brand architecture, global creative direction, and key campaigns. The work includes governance programs, brand tools, employee engagement, and global implementation.Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the Sun Life brand architectureBuild brand governance programs and review processesDevelop playbooks and quick reference guidesSupport refreshed brand implementation across global marketsManage corporate identity, trademarks, domains, and monitoringRequirements:
Degree in Marketing, Business, or CommunicationsSix to eight years of progressive marketing experienceKnowledge of brand management principles and processesStrong relationship management and consulting capabilitiesExperience managing projects and tasks in matrix environmentsBring brand strategy, governance, communication, and business alignment expertise to Sun Life’s global marketing organization.
