Abbealは、モントリオールにあるカナダの大手銀行のAI Factoryチームに参画するAIサイエンティスト（エキスパート）を募集しています。Abbealの正社員ポジションです。
AI Factoryは約25名のチームで、銀行の生成AIユースケースを本番化しています。モデルを本番に出すだけでなく、その品質を測定し、改善し、継続的に監視することがこのポジションの中心です。
- 高度な指標（DeepEvalなど）によるAIモデルの性能評価
- 銀行業務向けのモデルのファインチューニング
- 生成AIアプリケーションのプロンプト設計と最適化
- 本番環境でのモデル監視の構築
- チームのアナリスト・開発者との協働（AWS Bedrock、Terraformによるインフラ）
- 技術動向の調査とベストプラクティスの共有
- 情報科学、数学、AIの学士号または修士号
- データサイエンスまたはAIモデル開発の経験5年以上
- PythonおよびAIライブラリの高い習熟度
- TerraformとAWSの実務経験
- DeepEvalなどのモデル評価ツールの使用経験
- 技術的な内容をわかりやすく説明できる力
- 歓迎：AWS Bedrockの経験
- フランス語と英語が流暢であること
- Abbealの正社員ポジション（フリーランス・業務委託は不可）
