• Consistent schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities
• Inspect incoming used shipping boxes and materials with a strong eye for detail to ensure structural integrity and quality for reuse.
• Perform physical refurbishing tasks, including removing old labels, taping, reshaping, and sorting packaging materials.
• Operate a manual or motorized pallet jack safely to move material batches across the refurbishing / recycling department.
• Lift, carry, and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the scheduled shift.
• Enter cooler environments for short periods (10 to 15 minutes, 3 to 4 times per day) to perform specific sorting or retrieval tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with facility health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily throughput targets in the manufacturing & logistics department.

Qualifications
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Experience or ability to safely operate a manual pallet jack.
• Comfort working in cooler conditions for 10-15 minute intervals, 3-4 times daily.
• Proven track record of punctuality, safety awareness, and reliable attendance.
• Previous experience in recycling, refurbishing, shipping/receiving, or general manufacturing & logistics environments is an asset.
