We are seeking a dedicated PM Warehouse Supervisor to join our Mississauga team and support the Evening Operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills to ensure the smooth running of operations during the evening shift.
Overseeing the evening operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Coordinate with other warehouse locations and assist with tasks if needed.
Demonstrate leadership qualities to effectively manage and resolve team challenges. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to foster growth and development.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
Uphold safety standards throughout the warehouse.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in a related field is a strong asset.
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Technical savvy, proficient in using various tools and platforms including inventory management software.
- Flexible schedule, with full availability to work evening shifts until close and weekends as needed.
