Our heavy vehicle disivion part TW, located in Longueuil is looking for a Sales Manager.
TW is a division of UAP inc., which is a Canadian leader in the distribution, merchandising and remanufacturing of automotive parts and replacement accessories for cars, trucks and heavy vehicles.

Your responsibilities will be the following:
- Lead efforts to increase TW sales by proposing and executing strategies.
- Manage/lead a team of Territory Managers with the goal of meeting sales quotas and providing optimal customer service.
- Conduct visits to key customers alongside Territory Managers.
- Plan quarterly business reviews with our various banners.
- Participate in budget preparation. Develop the annual TW sales plan and sales quotas for TW Territory Managers based on available sales data and budget objectives.
- Expand our distribution network with our various banners.
To join our team, you need:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales team management
- Bilingualism in French and English, as you will be working fluently with internal customers across Canada.
- Availibility to travel acrros teh province of Quebec and the Maritimes as well
