Become a Social Content Lead at Scribd, Inc. and spearhead the growth of our organic social channels, including YouTube and LinkedIn. This hands-on senior role involves strategy development and content creation. In this position, you will refine Scribd's social channel strategies while building fresh content formats from the ground up. Your focus will be on organic growth and developing innovative formats to engage our audience. Strong content production skills are required, as you will oversee the full cycle from concept to final product. Key Responsibilities:
- Refine purpose and strategy for social channels
- Design and implement repeatable content formats
- Own the integrated content publishing calendar
- Manage production processes and partnerships
- Analyze performance metrics across channels
- 6-8 years in social content and channel growth
- Proven track record of impactful content creation
- Strong scriptwriting and directing abilities
- Experience in sourcing and managing creators
- Proficiency in Sprout Social or similar tools
