Senior Java Software Engineer Logistics
lululemon
Design complex logistics systems with Java, GenAI, and resilient integrations onsite at lululemon at least four days weekly.As a Senior Software Engineer, you will support the Outbound Logistics Technology team and enhance luluRoute, lululemon’s parcel execution engine. The work spans Java, Python, APIs, events, messaging, and production GenAI systems. You will establish technical direction, guide partner teams, and support critical systems serving stores and guests across North America and global regions.Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex implementations spanning multiple services and componentsEstablish API, data modeling, and integration approachesWrite exemplary code for critical systemsEnforce coding, testing, and deployment practicesLead design reviews and critical incident responseRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceSix to ten years developing complex software systemsProduction GenAI and agentic systems experienceStrong Java proficiency with Python experienceAvailability for occasional on-call supportBring senior software engineering leadership, Java expertise, and logistics integration experience to lululemon’s luluRoute platform.
