Senior Development Lead for Government Knowledge Management Modernization

Fujitsu

Lead innovative content migration initiatives for government Knowledge Management projects. Focus on AI-assisted solutions and document standardization while ensuring compliance with federal standards.
This full-time, hybrid role seeks a professional with 5-10 years of software development experience, particularly in Microsoft 365 and DITA XML. As a development lead, you will oversee the design and implementation of secure cloud infrastructures and guide teams in best practices for coding and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the design of KM solutions with Microsoft 365
• Implement DITA XML for structured content strategies
• Lead Azure DevOps for secure, automated deployments
• Architect Azure cloud infrastructures for scalability
• Mentor teams on coding standards and solutions
Requirements:
• 5-10 years experience in software development
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and DITA XML
• Strong experience in Azure cloud infrastructure
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Java
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
