Bilingual Senior Post-Production Developer

Job Responsibility: Spiria is seeking a Bilingual Senior Post-Production Developer to join our Applications Managed Services (AMS) team. This role goes beyond coding—you will act as a trusted technical advisor for our clients, managing post-production maintenance, development, and support in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

As a Senior Post-Production Developer, you will:

• Collaborate directly with clients to review, discuss and resolve technical issues across multiple projects daily;
• Write, modify, review, optimize, and debug code across various technologies;
• Assist in testing and quality control activities;
• Manage and resolve client support cases, ensuring timely and effective solutions;
• Document and communicate incremental product improvements to enhance client applications;
• Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication with clients and internal teams;
• Display flexibility and good judgment, shifting between multiple technologies and clients throughout the day;
• Self-manage time and priorities, balancing client requests with internal initiatives such as backlog work, app documentation, and skill development.

The keys to your success:

• 8+ years of software development experience , with a strong focus on client-facing collaboration;
• Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) - this is essential for client communication*;
• A strong understanding of business needs, enabling you to bridge the gap between technical solutions and client goals;
• Professional programming experience in at least two or more of the following languages: JavaScript, Python, PHP, Ruby, Java, Objective-C, C#, Kotlin, Swift, etc.
• Independence and problem-solving skills—you're resourceful, adaptable, and proactive.
• A collaborative mindset, contributing to team success while working autonomously.
• Strong communication and planning skills, ensuring clarity and efficiency in client interactions.
