Part-time Mother’s Helper Wanted: support for twin infants and a toddler

Our family is looking for an experienced nanny and mother’s helper to support us as we welcome twins in early 2027. We are hoping to find someone warm, caring, flexible, and proactive, who can take initiative and help create a calm, well-organized home environment. This is a part-time, live-out position starting around 01.02.2027. We are looking for help three days a week between Monday and Friday, mainly in the mornings and middle of the day, for a total of approximately 15–18 hours per week. There may also be the possibility of some evening hours if available. Care will be needed for three children: twin newborns and a 2-year-old girl. The caregiver would usually be responsible for either the toddler or the twins at one time. I will typically be at home, so it is important to find someone who works well as part of a team and can provide reliable support for the family. The role includes both childcare and household help. Responsibilities will include bathing and dressing the children, preparing meals for the kids, doing children’s laundry, light housekeeping, cooking, and keeping the kitchen tidy. A driver’s license is not required. A family car can be provided for use on the job if needed and agreed upon.
