Residential Water Auditor (limited experience needed)

Job Responsibility:

Greenbrain is an Energy Services company that specializes in the design, delivery and marketing of programs to help homes and businesses use energy and water more efficiently.

We are looking for an optimistic and proactive individual to join our team as a Residential Water Auditor. This is a part-time (2-4 days per week) position, that allows you to make your own schedule, with the ability to transition into a full-time role. Evening and weekend availability is mandatory. No experience needed, but the ideal candidate does need to be handy.

This role may be a good fit for you if you can answer the following questions:

• Do you know what a water softener is?
• Do you know what a flow-through humidifier is?
• Do you know how to replace a showerhead?
• Do you speak fluent English, and are you comfortable having a conversation with a customer?

Qualifications : Here's what we require...

• Must be willing to work flexible hours including occasional weekends and evenings as required;
• Must be handy, and able to complete basic tasks around a home such as replacing a showerhead, or kitchen aerator.
• Must possess a valid “G” class drivers license with access to a car and a clean driving record, and;
• Be able to provide a clean criminal background check

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• This requires travel around the Waterloo, Kitchener and Cambridge area;
• You will be required to inspect all items in a home that use water, survey customers about their water usage, and record those findings for submission to head office;
• When applicable, you will be required to replace inefficient showerheads, kitchen / bathroom aerators and/or toilet flappers.
