Remote Tech Lead Position at Nearform

Lead innovative development teams remotely with Nearform as a Tech Lead. Collaborate with clients to create impactful applications while enjoying flexibility and travel opportunities. This full-time, permanent role is specifically for candidates based in the United States, particularly those on the East Coast. As a Tech Lead, you will guide your team in translating complex business needs into high-quality digital solutions. Your expertise in software engineering, along with skills in Golang or Python, will be integral to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership to development teams
- Deliver projects successfully and on schedule
- Identify and resolve project blockers proactively
- Ensure adherence to software development best practices
- Collaborate directly with clients on technical requirements
- 2+ years experience as a Technical Lead
- Proficiency in Golang, Python, and Frontend tech stacks
- Experience with AI applications and Kubernetes
- Strong CI/CD skills with Terraform and Helm
- Deep knowledge of agile methodologies
