The Mission

• Generate New Business:   Proactively grow our fleet and leasing portfolio by connecting with local businesses, professionals, and organizations across the province and beyond.

• Build Your Personal Brand:   Use social media, video content, networking, and community engagement to create awareness, generate leads, and position yourself as the go-to fleet and leasing expert in Kentville, Nova Scotia!

• Deliver Expert Consultation:   Guide clients through the entire leasing and fleet process, including vehicle selection, financing and leasing options, upfitting solutions, and ongoing account management.

• Develop Long-Term Relationships:   Establish trust with business owners and decision-makers by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that help their businesses succeed.

• Stay Organized & Accountable:  Manage leads, maintain accurate CRM records, follow up consistently, and collaborate with our internal team to deliver a seamless client experience.

What It Takes to Win

• A Proven Sales Professional: You have a strong track record in sales, business development, or account management and thrive on creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.

• Comfortable with Social Media & Video:   You’re confident using platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and video content to build relationships, generate leads, and promote your expertise.

• Strong Community Connections:   You either live in or know the Coldbrook-Wolfville area well and understand how to build meaningful relationships within the local business community.

• Entrepreneurial Mindset:   You are self-motivated, disciplined, and excited to build your own book of business with the support of an established dealership and trusted brand.

• Customer-First Approach: You are committed to delivering exceptional service and creating long-term partnerships rather than one-time transactions.

• Valid Driver’s License and clean Driving Record required.
