Gestionnaire FP&A frais généraux hybride

À Boucherville ou Toronto, pilotez les frais généraux, les prévisions et les décisions de ressources dans un environnement hybride.
Relevant du gestionnaire principal, FP&A, ce poste supervise la performance des frais généraux et des dépenses de publicité et de promotion. Le gestionnaire collabore avec les responsables budgétaires, les Ressources humaines et le Marketing. Il assure des rapports financiers exacts, une gouvernance rigoureuse et une analyse utile aux investissements.
Responsabilités clés:
- Assurer des rapports financiers exacts et dans les délais
- Donner l’approbation finale aux projections de dépenses
- Analyser l’évolution des effectifs et les plans de main-d’œuvre
- Superviser les charges à payer et les écritures financières
- Soutenir les initiatives interfonctionnelles d’investissement stratégique
Exigences:
- Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance ou secteur connexe
- Au moins trois ans d’expérience pertinente en finance
- Solides capacités analytiques et souci du détail
- Organisation, autonomie et collaboration interéquipes
- CPA, bilinguisme français-anglais ou Excel avancé constituent des atouts
