As our organization continues to grow, we are expanding our team and looking for Benefits Representatives who are eager to develop their careers while making a meaningful difference for the people they assist.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients by explaining available benefit programs and answering questions about their coverage

• Guide members through their options and help them better understand the protections available to them

• Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and program updates

• Review benefit selections with clients and help identify solutions that align with their needs and budget

• Deliver professional and responsive service while building long-term client relationships

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is considered an asset

• Strong ability to establish trust and positive relationships with clients

• Effective organizational and multitasking skills

• Positive, professional attitude with a strong work ethic

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
