Job Responsibility:
Overview: Infinite Water, a Saskatchewan-based, CWQA-accredited water treatment company in its 11 year, is seeking a dedicated Water Treatment Specialist to join our team, working out of the Saskatoon branch. This is a diverse, mostly in-office role that would have you wearing many hats, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys each day never being the same. This role combines service support, warehouse management, and operations into a single position.
Duties:
- Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, including taking deliveries, performing inventory, and organizing materials- Answer inbound phone calls from clients to provide assistance with their system including service support, troubleshooting, and guidance- Support field technicians by preparing materials (setting out supplies, building equipment) and providing phone guidance- Following procedure to claim warranty parts- Refurbish old equipment- Make occasional visits to Saskatoon clients to assist with installations and services- Keep accurate records of customer communications
Experience/Requirements:
- Some prior experience in plumbing or water treatment- Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting (general handiness and basic understanding of many different areas or trades)- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required- Satisfactory typing speed and comfortability with computers, including CRM (client relationship management software) and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Location: Airport Area, Saskatoon
Company Vehicle: Provided, but only for work-related driving or trips (not daily commuting)
Pay: Hourly, paid every 2 weeks via Direct Deposit
Bonuses Available: Performance Bonuses (Annual), Performance Bonuses/Commission (Weekly), Vacation Pay, Family Leave Days, RRSP-Matching. It is possible to make 6-figures in this role with experience and meeting performance targets.

Paid Training: CWQA certifications in Water Treatment Design, Installation, and Service.
Starting Salary - depending on experience. Employees at our company enjoy quick promotions to a higher wage based on performance.
