Elevate maintenance leadership with ABB in Pointe-Claire, Quebec as a Technical Services Manager. This in-office role focuses on enhancing equipment reliability and operational excellence. As the Maintenance and Technical Services Manager, you will work directly under the Plant Manager. Your responsibility will include defining maintenance strategies and leading a team of supervisors and engineers while ensuring safety compliance. Drive manufacturing operations by addressing technical challenges and managing budgets effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Define preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
- Organize maintenance and technical services activities
- Lead supervisors, engineers, and technicians effectively
- Support manufacturing in addressing technical challenges
- Manage budgets and technology improvement projects
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
- 10–15 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Bilingual in French and English
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of CMMS and continuous improvement methodologies
