OLG is seeking a Director of HR Systems & Payroll to optimize the employee experience through Workday and HR technology, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance across systems, upgrades, and integrations. The role emphasizes AI-enabled analytics and robust payroll operations, with bias toward accuracy and timely deliverables.
The position reports to the SVP People & Culture and drives HR reporting, benchmarking, governance, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with Compliance
