Google Cloud Cluster Sales Manager

Lead Google Cloud sales clusters with coaching and business development expertise at Teleperformance’s hybrid Toronto office locations. Drive measurable client growth.As Cluster Manager, you will oversee team leads and Sales Strategists supporting inbound and outbound sales for Google Cloud. You will use leadership, relationship-building, sales, problem-solving, business, and objection-handling skills. Reporting to the B2B Sales Operations Manager, this regular full-time role focuses on quotas, client satisfaction, account performance, and strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
Develop sales strategies supporting corporate objectives and productivity targetsLead, coach, and provide feedback to sales professionalsMonitor activities, targets, performance, and sales dataPresent business reviews and results to client stakeholdersUse Google dashboards to track and optimize performanceRequirements:
College diploma or degreeProven leadership experience in sales-related rolesExperience as a Sales Manager or Team LeadExperience in account management or business developmentAbility to support inbound and outbound sales teamsBring sales leadership, coaching, and analytical skills to grow Google Cloud performance from Teleperformance’s Toronto hybrid offices.
