Lead Fit4Less club operations in Orleans, Ontario, using team leadership and customer service skills to support clean, safe experiences.
As Fit4Less Manager, you will lead club Associates and manage processes supporting a financially healthy, automated club. The position requires experience leading, training, and motivating teams, along with sales goals and customer service skills. You will also manage people requirements, member concerns, and location budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Associates delivering clean, friendly, automated club experiences
- Complete cleanliness duties using standards, policies, and guidelines
- Train teams handling member concerns and escalated complaints
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, coaching, development, and performance
- Achieve revenue goals and control expenses within provided budgets
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Experience leading, training, and motivating teams
- Experience exceeding individual and team sales goals
- Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer and technology proficiency
