Home Care Support Worker(Female)

Full-time

We are seeking a home care suport worker to help a senior woman with their morning routine. We're looking for 2 caregivers to split the week, and shift times are ideally 9 am to 12 pm daily. Night‑shift hours are flexible, and the schedule can be arranged to suit the worker’s availability. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

assistance with morning routine focussing on breakfast and medication reminders
Companionship and conversation
Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
Observe and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, or cognitive condition to family member
Foster a safe, clean, and supportive home environment that promotes independence and enhances quality of life
Assist with other tasks as assigned.
No previous experience necessary - skills training will be provided

Qualification:

Sense of humor
Comfortable working with a senior woman
Attentive and quick learner
Non Smoker
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Current resume and references.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

(Full-Time, Live-In, Live-Out) For evening, night (on weekend)
