Internal Operations Associate

Job Responsibility:

While working at our Headquarters, you will be responsible for integrating into our production team, being led by our Warehouse Manager. You will learn about our label application process, strapping and wrapping finished product, and picking/packing orders. This begins with learning from our team leaders, providing them support to ensure that the proper flow is maintained at our facility. Once you get familiar with the way things are done at Mile 37, you would then learn how to operate different automated labelling equipment, along with their upstream and downstream processes. After learning the production process, the successful candidate will learn the ins and outs of our distribution center. Working closely with our shipping & receiving team will allow the ideal candidate to thrive in any position at our home base. The ideal candidate will not only be professional, but promote positivity, openness, flexibility, and a general team-focused feel in the workplace. After learning the ropes they will have the ambition to move into the role of Internal Operations Lead. Responsibilities include the following:

• Working in a team based environment

• Operate labelling and palletizing/depalletizing equipment
• Strapping and wrapping pallets of finished product for our customers
• Filling in on the team where needed
• Forklift experience is an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
