As the Engineering Operations Technologist, you will drive initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the Engineering function and interfaces with other functions to provide effective coordination of metrics, dashboards, functional processes, and cross-functional initiative coordination. Comprehensive in-depth understanding of complex and highly technical concepts and principles in the own part of the function. You will have extensive knowledge of technical concepts in technologies that intersect with own technical space.

As an Engineering Operations Technologist, you will be responsible for:

• Proven technical expertise, executing project support/leadership within a particular technical area. Provide support and guidance to projects within a specific DAW. Possibly non-degreed.
• Leading analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.
• Communicating across direct organization. Presents to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
• Connecting the dots across technologies and develop cross-technology solutions; works on cross-functional projects/teams to deliver technology solutions for the business. Communicates across the function in area of expertise.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Engineering/Technology).
• Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Technology Support.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proven analytical and organizational ability.
