React TypeScript Web Developer Needed

Kongsberg

Take on a vital role as a Web Developer with Kongsberg Geospatial in Ottawa. This hybrid position will leverage your React and TypeScript expertise to enhance transformation in Defense and Aerospace applications. We are seeking a motivated individual for a six-month full-time role within a structured dev team. You’ll engage in the complete software lifecycle—from conceptual design through delivery. Important tasks include participating in Scrum ceremonies and conducting quality checks on the code through peer reviews. You will work with customers to develop solutions for their operational requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and unit-test new features for web applications
Collaborate on code quality through peer reviews
Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies for improvement
Work directly with users to meet operational needs

Requirements:

Must have Canadian security clearance or eligibility
0-3 years of professional development experience
Familiarity with React and TypeScript for front-end tasks
Experience with version control practices
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
