What You Will Do:

• Grow market share, revenue, and customer penetration within your assigned territory
• Build strong relationships with Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) property managers and leasing teams to position Rogers as the preferred service provider.
• Prospect within your assigned territory, including door-to-door outreach, to generate leads and build new customer relationships.
• Plan and support marketing events and sales programs, both in-person and virtual, within MDU communities.
• Take a consultative approach to understand customer needs and recommend the right Rogers home solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help resolve issues when needed.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets across Internet and TV products through consistent pipeline development and customer engagement.
