Software Engineer: Backend Systems

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling our infrastructure from early-stage to production-scale deployment. Design and implement scalable backend systems that grow from prototype to production scaleStrong experience in database design, optimization, and managementExpertise in building and maintaining high-performance, distributed systemsExperience with cloud infrastructure and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker)Proven track record of scaling systems from prototype to production (10+ to 100k+ users)Strong knowledge of system monitoring, logging, and observabilityExperience with load balancing, caching strategies, and performance optimizationProficiency in implementing security best practices and data protectionStrong debugging skills for complex system issuesExperience working in a professional team of software engineers, and the tools and best practices for code, collaboration, and deployment.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
