- Align resources for project and business development
- Resolve project and personnel issues proactively
- Provide coaching and performance management for team members
- Lead annual performance reviews for direct reports
- Contribute technical insights to environmental initiatives
- Degree in Environmental Science or a related field
- Over 5 years of experience in Site Investigation and Remediation
- Proven track record in project management and team leadership
- Familiarity with HSSE and QA/QC processes
- Ability to work from the office three days a week
