Property Tax Coordinator
Regular Full-Time
As our Property Tax Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things property tax including:
- Oversee the preparation, collection, and accounting of property taxes.
- Analyze BC Assessment data and reconcile tax accounts.
- Prepare and distribute tax notices and reports.
- Lead the charge on annual tax sales and crown lease arrears.
- Deliver exceptional customer service — both at the front counter and behind the scenes.
What we’re looking for:
- A Business Administration Certificate (accounting focus) and 3+ years of local government tax experience.
- Strong knowledge of municipal tax regulations and financial systems.
- A sharp eye for detail, excellent time management, and top-tier communication skills.
- A collaborative spirit and a commitment to integrity, respect, connection, and progress.
