Job Responsibility:
This is a full-time, permanent position paying $50,000 plus uncapped commission.
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in account management and customer service, with a proven track record in sales. This role requires experience in cold calling and lead generation.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future sales, and make informed decisions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development or inside sales.
Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
