Job Responsibility:
This is a full-time, permanent position paying $50,000 plus uncapped commission.
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in account management and customer service, with a proven track record in sales. This role requires experience in cold calling and lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future sales, and make informed decisions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or inside sales.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
