Growth Marketing Director Ecommerce

Drive ecommerce growth at DAVIDsTEA through site conversion, demand capture, and lifecycle marketing from Montreal or remotely across Canada. Lead testing, media, and retention.
As Growth Marketing Director, you will own conversion and demand capture for DAVIDsTEA’s ecommerce business. Your scope includes PDP optimization, checkout flow, paid media, SEO, email, SMS, and loyalty. You will translate performance data into action while managing agency and team relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own site experience, PDP optimization, and checkout flow
- Build A/B and multivariate testing roadmaps
- Manage paid media budgets, attribution, and agency performance
- Lead SEO, AEO, branded search, and paid social
- Design lifecycle and Frequent Steepers retention programs
Requirements:
- Seven or more years in growth or digital marketing
- Experience managing significant paid media budgets
- Fluency across paid media, SEO/SEM, and lifecycle marketing
- Ability to interpret dashboards and cohort or LTV analysis
- Montreal or Canadian remote location with travel ability
Shape DAVIDsTEA’s ecommerce growth through conversion testing, performance marketing, lifecycle strategy, and data-led customer retention.
