CAGP Chief Executive Officer Position

Griffith Group Executive Search

Lead the Canadian Association of Gift Planners as their Chief Executive Officer in a remote-first role, starting Spring 2027. Advance mission-driven initiatives and engage key stakeholders across Canada. CAGP invites applications for its President and Chief Executive Officer role. As a strategic leader with substantial nonprofit experience, you will guide the organization in operationalizing its 2025-2029 Strategic Plan. You will collaborate closely with the Board, oversee financial sustainability, and cultivate a culture of trust within a remote team. Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and operational guidance
Foster relationships with members, government, and partners
Oversee financial health and membership growth
Lead the CAGP Foundation and its initiatives
Serve as the organization's spokesperson and advocate

Requirements:

Proven senior leadership in the nonprofit sector
Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills
Experience with governance and board collaboration
Proficiency in English and French is an asset
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in practice
