Responsibilities
- Preparing and drafting legal documents (registrations, reports, opinions and other legal documents)

- Correspondence with clients and other lawyers
- Performing due diligence searches, preparing trust and commitment letters
- Preparing and filing corporate documents, setting up new corporations, preparing books and registering partnerships
- Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Successful completion of a legal assistant program
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Cooperate Commercial law ideally as a paralegal
- Ability to work well in a team setting as well as independently
- Excellent attention to detail outstanding multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize a heavy workload
- Tech -Savvy: Great understanding of Excel and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
