AI Customer Deployment Manager
Senpilot
Lead AI agent deployments at Senpilot from hybrid Toronto, combining customer success, data analysis, and hands-on implementation with utility accounts.
As AI Deployment Manager for the regulatory agent, you will manage pilots, rollouts, renewals, and long-term adoption. You will advise executives, train users, review usage data, and help customers achieve measurable results. The work spans regulatory, engineering, finance, and customer service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own regulatory account relationships from onboarding through renewal
- Define pilot use cases and customer success criteria
- Train users on prompts, setup, and daily workflows
- Support rate case filings and team-wide rollouts onsite
- Build playbooks, prompt libraries, and self-serve resources
Requirements:
- Experience in account management, customer success, or implementation
- Strong communication, strategic planning, and customer empathy
- Willingness to travel for client engagements
- Familiarity with utility regulation or eagerness to learn
- Data analytics instincts and fluency with modern AI tools
