Senior Engineering Leader in Generative AI

Become the driving force in engineering with a Fractional SVP Engineering role focused on Generative AI. This senior position promises an impactful journey, possibly leading to a full-time placement. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Fractional SVP Engineering will be instrumental during a critical transitional phase. You will forge the engineering vision and engage closely with the Chief Product Officer and Head of Data/AI. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and the agility to navigate transformation effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead engineering initiatives and establish accountability from day one
• Own the technical vision and execution for vital product platforms
• Champion structured engineering processes like Scrum and Agile
• Cultivate relationships with external partners and vendors
• Shape the post-restructuring engineering team, focusing on AI talent Requirements:
• Proven experience as CTO or VP Engineering in high-tech
• Demonstrated success in transforming engineering teams
• Expert in AI development and modern frameworks
• SaaS experience with a focus on AI-driven product innovations
• Ability to command respect from senior engineers Utilize your strategic vision and engineering expertise to drive impactful changes in this pivotal leadership role.
