THE TEAM

The mission of the Distribution Department is to deliver Everyday Luxury experiences through a seamless and structured Distribution Network.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Distribution team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for the seamless flow of product and supplies into, within, and out of a Distribution Centre. You will play a pivotal role in executing and monitoring the inbound, outbound, and inventory operations that enable the delivery of our world-class Distribution approach. THE ROLE

As the Senior Distribution Centre Supervisor/Distribution Centre Supervisor, you will lead the team to:

• Uphold operational excellence within the four walls of our Distribution Centres

• Facilitate the intake of shipments arriving to our Distribution Network

• Facilitate the direct and indirect activities involved in fulfilling shipments, sent from our Distribution Network

• Facilitate the movement of inventory within our Distribution Network

• Uphold workplace safety and health and violence protection measures

• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives , while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

THE QUALIFICATIONS

T he Senior Distribution Centre Supervisor/Distribution Centre Supervisor has:

• Proven skills, education and/or applicable certifications in Distribution Centre leadership, apparel or retail operations, and d istribution automation .

• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles .

• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners .

• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business .

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $50,000 - $150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
