All Search and Registration activities will be conducted within the framework of client service level agreements. The sending and receiving of all Provincial Registrations, along with Data Entry of Manual Registrations (where applicable), Weekly Billing and Invoice Generation. The completing and Uploading of EFT Files for payment.CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES / OUTCOMES Using internal/external applications, monitor queues, and process transactions within service level agreements and benchmarked processing turnaround times. Ensure queues are processed in priority sequence and that all processes and procedures are followed. Accurately process billing of client requests, adhere to client fee schedules and Government disbursements Perform daily tasks and duties adhering to processing standards while maintaining accuracy. Adhere to practices and company compliance. Answer calls promptly and respond to clients in a professional manner. Participate in continuous improvement with focus on service excellence. Provide assistance to co-workers and clients as required, escalating issues, identifying efficiencies.

Strong attention to detail with an accurate typing of 40wpm Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task, problem solve, research and follow instructions Demonstrated ability to exercise appropriate analytical and judgment skills required in dealing with moderately complex procedures. Ability to perform under pressure; operational changes, high volume and tight deadlines Knowledge of Provincial Real Property search Knowledge of Provincial Corporate and Bank Act Services Knowledge of relevant Provincial websites Overall experience with MS Office and ability to navigate through website content and various applications Customer Service experience an asset Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment as assetINDEPENDENCE OF ACTION

Le poste comprend l'envoi et la réception de tous les enregistrements provinciaux, la saisie de données pour les enregistrements manuels (lorsque requis), la facturation hebdomadaire et la génération de factures, ainsi que la préparation et le téléversement de fichiers de TEF (transfert électronique de fonds) pour les paiements.RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES / RÉSULTATS ATTENDUS Utiliser des applications internes et externes pour surveiller les files de traitement et effectuer les transactions conformément aux ententes de niveau de service et aux délais de traitement établis. Veiller à ce que les files soient traitées selon l'ordre de priorité et que tous les processus et procédures soient respectés. Effectuer avec exactitude la facturation des demandes des clients, en respectant les grilles tarifaires des clients et les débours gouvernementaux. Réaliser les tâches quotidiennes conformément aux normes de traitement tout en maintenant un haut niveau de précision. Respecter les pratiques opérationnelles et les exigences de conformité de l'entreprise. Répondre rapidement aux appels et offrir un service professionnel aux clients. Participer aux initiatives d'amélioration continue axées sur l'excellence du service. Fournir du soutien aux collègues et aux clients au besoin, escalader les enjeux et identifier des gains d'efficacité.FORMATION ET QUALIFICATIONS

Grande attention aux détails et vitesse de frappe précise d'au moins 40 mots par minute. Excellentes aptitudes en communication verbale et écrite. Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches simultanément, à résoudre des problèmes, à effectuer des recherches et à suivre des instructions. Capacité démontrée à faire preuve d'analyse et de jugement dans le traitement de procédures modérément complexes. Aptitude à travailler sous pression dans un contexte de changements opérationnels, de volumes élevés et d'échéances serrées. Connaissance des recherches foncières provinciales. Connaissance des services provinciaux relatifs aux sociétés et à la Loi sur les banques. Connaissance des sites Web provinciaux pertinents. Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et capacité à naviguer dans différents sites Web et applications. Expérience en service à la clientèle, un atout.
