We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Toronto, Ontario on a Contract basis. In this role, you will provide day-to-day administrative support across core HR functions, helping to maintain accurate employee records, coordinate benefits-related activities, and support essential people processes. This opportunity is well suited to someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with HR systems and confidential information.

Responsibilities:
• Manage benefits-related administration, including enrolment updates, changes, and routine employee support inquiries.
• Process HR data with accuracy by maintaining employee information, tracking updates, and verifying records across relevant systems.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain HR documentation for staff and internal teams to support consistent administrative processes.
• Assist with onboarding activities by coordinating required paperwork, records setup, and related administrative tasks for new hires.
• Support payroll and employee information workflows by ensuring data is entered correctly and submitted within established timelines.
• Help coordinate training administration by tracking participation, updating records, and preparing required materials.
• Use HR platforms such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and related tools to complete administrative activities and generate required information.
• Contribute to process documentation and workflow support for HR operations, including updates to internal procedures when needed.
• Previous experience in human resources administration within a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of benefits administration, employee data maintenance, and general HR support activities.
• Practical experience working with HRIS and payroll platforms, including ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential employee information accurately and appropriately.
• Familiarity with onboarding coordination, training administration, and document management processes.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple systems and tools, including expense or administrative platforms such as Concur.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to support employees and internal stakeholders effectively.
